Welcome to Monta Flow. By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of Monta Flow. Our goal is to help you manage your finances with clarity, independence, and security. Please read these terms carefully before using the service.
You agree not to input personally identifiable information beyond what is required for authentication, use Monta Flow for illegal financial activities or tax evasion, or attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its algorithms. Any misuse or violation may result in immediate termination of access without notice or liability. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user violating these terms without prior notice.
Monta Flow provides automated mathematical calculations only and does not offer financial advice, recommendations, or market analysis. All calculations are provided "as is" and may be subject to rounding. We disclaim responsibility for any calculation discrepancies exceeding ±0.5% of input values or for any decisions made based on results from this service. Monta Flow is not a substitute for professional financial advice. Please consult a qualified advisor for personalized guidance.
We collect only your email address, which is encrypted and salted solely for authentication and not for marketing. We do not share your data with any third parties except for mandatory legal disclosures to Latvian authorities. No other personal or financial information is collected or stored beyond your explicit data entries.
Your financial data is transmitted securely using TLS 1.3 encryption. Cookies containing user data are encrypted using AES-GCM (Galois/Counter Mode), a modern encryption standard that provides both confidentiality and integrity for sensitive session information. However, data stored on our servers (data at rest) is currently not encrypted. No financial information is stored locally in your browser.
You are responsible for deleting your own data; deletion is complete when you remove all your entries from the system. No additional personal data is stored or retained. The authentication token is stored as a salted and hashed value using SHA-256, a strong cryptographic hash function.
Monta Flow is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or service availability. Under no circumstances shall Monta Flow or its author be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monta Flow disclaims all liability for any damages arising from the use of the service. Any disputes related to the service shall be resolved exclusively by the Riga City Courts, Latvia.
By using Monta Flow, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Monta Flow and its author from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the service. Monta Flow is not liable for any loss, alteration, or unauthorized access to your data despite reasonable security measures.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These terms and conditions may be updated at any time, at our sole discretion, and become effective immediately upon posting. No prior notice is required. Your continued use of Monta Flow constitutes your acceptance of the current terms. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly, as you are bound by the version in effect at the time of your use.
Note: If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must discontinue use of Monta Flow.
